Rodrigo is hitting number 1 with her album and both singles. She beat her own record for the most plays on a single, ‘Drivers Licence’ held the record previously. Both songs broke Ariana Grande’s record with “7 Rings”.

183 Million individuals from 36 market tuned in to watch the show, 52.8% of viewers are between 15 and 24.

To go along with their Twitch, discord is a space for users to connect with writers and journalists about all things music and pop culture. RollingStone is also playing on hosting game nights, those who are part of the server can play along with some of their favourite music artists.

Spotify announces Fresh Finds, a spotlight program for indie musicians.
The program is helping artists by providing them with educational marketing tools. Artists in the program began to see a 108% increase in listeners.

Twitter announces test of Ads in Fleets
Full-screen format ads, similar to Instagram story or TikTok ads. Twitter tested Ad’s in Moments in 2017 but this never took off. Adding Ad’s to fleets will be the only way to show full-screen HQ ads through the app.

Twitter is launching its first paid email newsletter called Tomorrow
It's a weather newsletter and will provide weather info for a monthly fee. Starting in a small group of US states, subscribers will be connected with weather experts and be able to ask questions.

Discords new Stage Discovery portal will connect live audio events with communities
Discord will be hosting events like open mics, book clubs through a new portal called Stage Discovery. The goal discord has is to host public events where anyone can come and check things out.

Twitter is working on emoji-style reactions
For users to be able to reply with things like “Cheer” , “Hmm” “Sad” and “Haha”. After noticing that the most popular emojis are the crying with laughter and crying emoji, they decided to integrate reactions with the like button.

Twitter Continues Work on its New Spaces Tab, Adds Editing Options for Scheduled Spaces
The next stage for Twitter Spaces is coming, with a new Spaces tab nearing release in the app. Twitter is adding a place to find out about speakers taking part in the Space, and creating a tab will allow users to find Spaces to tune into.
